Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2, 2026
Your privacy is important to us. This notice explains what information risman-law.com collects, how Risman & Risman, P.C. uses it, and the choices you have.
Information You Give Us
When you fill out the contact form, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, phone number, address, and message. You can also reach us by phone or email instead of using the form. You may browse the rest of the site without giving us any personal information.
How We Use It
We use the information you send to respond to your inquiry, check for conflicts of interest, evaluate whether we can help you, and communicate with you about your matter. Contact form submissions are delivered to our firm by email through Resend, an email delivery service.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate this website and our practice, or when the law requires us to.
Services Used on This Site
A few features of this site are provided by third parties, which may receive basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type when the feature loads:
- Cloudflare hosts the website and protects it from abuse. It may set a security cookie to tell visitors apart from automated traffic, and it measures site performance and visits without cookies.
- Resend delivers contact form submissions to us by email.
- Google Analytics uses cookies to measure how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, so we can improve it. You can opt out with Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.
- YouTube plays our videos. Video preview images are stored on our own site, and nothing loads from YouTube until you choose to play a video.
- Trustindex displays our Google reviews on the home and testimonials pages.
Each of these services handles that information under its own privacy policy. We do not use advertising cookies. This site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
No Attorney-Client Relationship
Sending us information through this website does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please share only a brief description of your situation until we have spoken with you and confirmed that we can help. See our Disclaimer for more.

We will honor deletion requests except where we must retain information to meet our legal or professional obligations, such as conflict checks and recordkeeping.
