About Our Firm

With over a decade of experience in litigating complex New York employment discrimination, employee rights, personal injury and medical malpractice cases, our attorneys have aggressively and successfully represented our clients. While a combination of kindness and preparation may not be the norm for most attorneys in New York, it is exactly what you will find here. We keep our case load to a minimum to ensure a focus you will not find at most “assembly line” firms. We provide attention that other firms may not, and our staff is always available to answer our clients’ questions or concerns.

We are dedicated to obtaining the best outcome for our clients, because we feel a personal responsibility to the people that we represent. We put our heart and soul into every case we litigate, because we do not treat you like a “business.” We strive to succeed and measure our success by our clients’ satisfaction. Our firm treats you like an individual, not just a case. Our former clients can speak best to their level of satisfaction with the representation they received from the Law Offices of Maya Risman, P.C.
